When I tell you I literally dreamed about their sourdough bread last night. Oh my goodness so good. Esther's is the first place I've been to in a while where everything was phenomenally good. I wish I could get their sourdough bread recipe. It's perfect. Their Branzino is the best I've ever had. What I loved about all the food, with someone who is intolerant to wheat/gluten products, and ate the same time eating as much house made bread as I was, I never had that heavy achy stomach feeling afterwards. Definitely coming back to try some more!

Came here for lunch on Sunday and made reservations ahead of time. I got the rigatoni carbonara ($22), and my bf got the radiatore ($19). The dishes were quite small, so if you're hungry, I would def recommend an appetizer! It would also be nice to have an option to add some protein. The pastas were flavorful and cooked well. The radiatore was a little on the sour side for me, but interesting to try

Esther's Kitchen in Las Vegas delivered a delightful dining experience tonight! From the innovative starter to perfectly executed classics, every dish was a winner. Carne Crudo Craving: The Wagyu carne crudo was a revelation. The melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu beef was bursting with savory flavor, and the accompanying accoutrements perfectly complemented the richness of the meat. Almond Wood Asparagus Allure: The almond wood-grilled asparagus was a revelation. This simple side dish showcased the beauty of fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared with care. Chopped Salad Satisfaction: The chopped salad was a delightful mix of textures and flavors. It provided a refreshing counterpoint to the richer dishes. Classic Comfort: The rigatoni was a pasta masterpiece. Perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor, it offered a comforting and satisfying end to the meal.

Interesting experience! So I loved my food and everything I tried. But my party didn't. We were in town for a bachelor party and made the reservation a pretty far ways out. We were seated right away and the place was pretty busy and staff was smiling. The pasta I had was great but some of the party said theirs was either dull other overly spicy. One point docked for the server/service being pretty slow.

Great service and great food always! Also loving the new restaurant space. I've only dined here for brunch so this is my first time trying out their dinner. We didn't make a reservation so we waited in line when they opened up at 5PM. Highly recommend making a reservation if you aren't planning to wait right when they open. Very impressed with the quality of food. The homemade sourdough bread and pasta noodles were amazing! My friends and I ordered a variety of things to share. For appetizers we ordered... - Homemade sourdough bread with 3 choice spread. We chose fegatini, burrata, and cannellini beans. The fegatini spread had to be the best one out of the three. It's chicken liver with foie gras and strawberry. That with the sourdough bread (chefs kiss). - Two pizzas to share. We ordered the Mortadella and Sausage + sweet peppers pizza. Both were amazing as well! We loved the Mortadella since it had pistachio pesto on it. Pizza dough was amazing too! Main Entrees - Apulian lamb shoulder - Rigatoni - Egg Tagliatelle All the entrees were really good, but what stuck most out to us was the lamb shoulder and the polenta. So rich in flavor and the portion they give is a pretty heavy portion too. Overall our experience was great. Will definitely come back for more!

Cannot say enough about this place! My husband and I came here after my brother had been telling us about it for years. My husband had been with a bachelor party once, so needless to say, I had to go. We made a reservation for noon on a Sunday, yet the place was still poppin'! We were immediately brought water and explored the menu. It was both a brunch and lunch menu. When I say, I could eat ANYTHING on the menu, I mean it. EVERY OPTION sounded delicious. We ended up getting the bread and 3 choices. We chose the cannellini beans, njuda, and burrata. First of all, it was the best sourdough I've ever had. So crusty on the outside, super pillowy on the inside, and not too sour. The regular butter they gave us with the bread was also superior. It had some black pepper and salt flakes on it. YUM. The 3 choices were all awesome. If I could rank them, I'd say the nduja is first- spicy and flavorful, then the burrata- I loved the chives and basil oil with it, then the beans- smooth! For our main meal, my husband got the chick parm sando and I got the polenta. I didn't try his sandwich but it was a great portion and I didn't hear any complaints from him! I was IN LOVE with my polenta! It was smooth and flavorful. The mushrooms and balsamic cut the richness beautifully. I also liked the cheese crisps- I broken them up and stirred them in. Lastly, the sunny side eggs were perfectly cooked. And the presentation was stunning. The ambience of this place is on point. Inviting, but comfortable and interesting. I like how there is so much to look at. The service was also nice and informative. I will one million percent be back so I can try something new!

Esther My Italian coworker recommended this place. He raved about it so I had to try it. Our Lyft driver even raved about it as he drove us over to the art district. Our waiter was friendly. Super cute floral decorations everywhere. We ordered: Margherita pizza: 3/5 good but the crust is sooo thin it was hard to hold it up. It doesn't compare to the real deal in Naples. Tuscan Black kale salad: good but toooo salty! Chittara: nice al denté pasta with super heavy cream sauce. Glad we went to try it but not sure we will make the trek out here again.

How could I leave any less of a review? I cannot believe I have not been to this fine establishment before this! 'This place is bustling and hustling! Large and exciting, it takes up the better part of a whole city block! The ambiance is on point, great lighting, open kitchens and comfortable seating! The staff never stops. They are all working diligently. The food was beyond AMAZING!!! Every bite was tastier than the one before it! Just plan to indulge when you come in because it is too hard to choose from this seasonal menu. Best to order plates to share so you can try more of Chef's masterful creations! Our server Alfio was equally amazing. He made suggestions that were spot on and curated a perfect experience for us!

The service was amazing all the servers are well versed on the menu and had great recommendations. The food was amazing! The yellowtail crudo was a personal favorite the citrus elements really makes a party in your mouth. The Egg Tagliatelle was the best I've ever had the clams & sauce added such a flair to the noodles.
